Incident: Deputies investigate report of attempted child enticement

Ada County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a report of an attempted child enticement.  The deputies were called to a home in the 1700 block of Star Lane, off Locust Grove in Meridian, just after 7:25 Thursday morning.

A 14-year-old girl was walking from the home to the bus stop when a car approached her.  The driver of the vehicle yelled to the girl and asked her to come back toward him.  The teenager ignored the request and kept walking.  The car drove away. 

The vehicle is described as an aqua green, 4-door passenger car.  The driver was a white male, bald, 50-60 years old.
