Jay L. Scholl, 25, was last seen at the Kit Kat Klub on West Franklin Road the evening of December 1. Witnesses report that Scholl was involved in an altercation with a male and female acquaintance at the nightclub. The fight happened at about 5:00pm. The friend Scholl was with left the Kit Kat Klub without Scholl and has not seen or heard from him since.
Scholl is a white male, 6’3”, approximately 220 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen driving a green 1996 Volkswagen Passat with the license plate # 2CCG022. Scholl lives a transient lifestyle and is known to stay in various places in Ada and Canyon County.
Despite being transient, Scholl maintains regular contact with several family members and friends. None of them have heard from the 25-year-old since December 1, which is very unusual.
Scholl is wanted in Nampa on a misdemeanor warrant for a probation violation (original charge: driving under the influence) and in Payette County on a felony warrant for a probation violation (original charge: grand theft).
Based on information gathered by detectives, there is concern for Scholl’s well-being. Anyone who has seen him or has any information on his whereabouts is asked to call ACSO dispatch at 377-6790.

Detectives are looking for information that may help them find a man missing from Ada County for more than three weeks.Jay L. 12/26/07 Update: Ada County Sheriff's detectives are no longer looking for Jay L. Scholl. Scholl, 25, was arrested by Boise Police just after 11:30 pm Monday. He was booked into the Ada County Jail on a misdemeanor charge of driving on a suspended or revoked license along with the warrants out of Canyon and Payette County.
