
- Visiting sign-ups begin one and a half hours before the listed visiting hour and end a half hour before the listed visiting hour. There are no exceptions.
- Visitors must bring a government photo ID: a state driver's license or military ID.
- Only three people are allowed per visit.
- Each inmate is allowed one visit during the week (Monday through Sunday).
- Visitors are only allowed to carry keys and identification. Please leave all personal belongings in your car or at home. No items may be left in the lobby or with a deputy.
- Visiting spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Pre-registration for later visiting times or days will not be accepted. You must sign up for the current visiting period. Visiting sessions are one hour long. Once you are in the visiting area you will stay the full hour.
- Once you are signed up for a visit, do not leave the jail lobby area. If you are not present when visitors are admitted, your visit will be cancelled.
- Phone calls to see if an inmate has already had a visit are not accepted.
- Juveniles are allowed to visit only if accompanied by a parent or guardian. If juveniles become disruptive, your visit will be ended.
- Visitors who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs or act inappropriately to staff or other visitors will not be allowed to visit.
- It is unlawful under Idaho Code 20-627 for any person to bring guns, knives or any other weapons or any tobacco products or drugs into the jail. Violators are subject to arrest.
